    Learn MS-Word Masterclass Day 1

    Agar aapne aaj tak MS Word use nahi kiya hai, ya aap isme basic se lekar advanced level tak sab kuch sikhna chahte hain, toh aap bilkul sahi jagah par hain. Agle 30 dino mein hum Microsoft Word ko step-by-step master karenge. Toh chaliye, aaj pehle din ki shuruaat karte hain!

    📌 Aaj Hum Kya Sikhenge?

    • MS Word kya hai?
    • MS Word kaise open karein?
    • Word Interface (Screen) ko samajhna.
    • Naya document banana aur save karna.

    1. MS Word Kya Hai?

    Microsoft Word ek Word Processing Software hai jise Microsoft ne develop kiya hai. Iska use letters, resumes, reports, books, assignments aur kisi bhi tarah ke text documents ko type, edit, aur format (sajane) karne ke liye kiya jata hai.

    2. MS Word Kaise Open Karein?

    Word open karna bahut hi aasan hai. In steps ko follow karein:

    1. Apne computer ke Start Menu (Windows icon) par click karein.
    2. Search bar mein “Word” type karein.
    3. Samne dikh rahi Microsoft Word application par click karein.
    4. Open hone ke baad “Blank Document” par click karein.

    3. Word Interface Ko Samajhna (Screen Introduction)

    Jab aap pehli baar Word open karte hain, toh aapko ek nayi screen dikhti hai. Aage badhne se pehle iske main parts ko samajhna zaroori hai:

    • Title Bar: Sabse upar wali patti jahan document ka naam (jaise Document1) aur minimize/maximize/close ke buttons hote hain.
    • Ribbon: Yeh sabse important part hai! Yahan saare tools aur options category ke hisaab se bante hote hain (jaise Home, Insert, Design, Layout tabs).
    • Quick Access Toolbar: Yeh sabse upar left side mein hota hai. Yahan Save, Undo, Redo jaise options hote hain jinhe aap ek click mein jaldi se use kar sakte hain.
    • Workspace (Page): Yeh woh safed (white) paper jaisa area hai jahan aap apna text type karte hain.
    • Status Bar: Screen ke sabse niche wali line, jo aapko batati hai ki document mein kitne pages aur total kitne words hain. Yahan right side mein ek Zoom Slider bhi hota hai jisse aap page ko bada (zoom in) ya chota (zoom out) kar ke dekh sakte hain.

    4. Apna Pehla Document Create Aur Save Karna

    Apne pehle din ki practice ko save karna bahut zaroori hai taaki aap baad mein use dekh sakein.

    Naya Document Banane Ke Liye:

    • File > New > Blank Document par click karein.
    • (Shortcut Key: Ctrl + N)

    Document Save Karne Ke Liye:

    1. File menu par click karein aur Save ya Save As chunein.
    2. Browse par click karein aur woh folder select karein jahan aap file rakhna chahte hain (jaise Desktop ya Documents).
    3. ‘File Name’ box mein apni file ka naam type karein (Example: Day_1_Practice).
    4. Save button par click kar dein.
    • (Shortcut Key: Ctrl + S)

    🎯 Aaj Ka Task (Homework)

    Practice ke bina computer sikhna adhura hai. Aaj aapko yeh task complete karna hai:

    1. Apne computer mein MS Word open karein.
    2. Ek naya Blank Document banayein.
    3. Usme apna naam, age, aur aap yeh MS Word course kyun kar rahe hain, yeh 3-4 lines type karein.
    4. Is file ko “Day1_MyFirstDoc” ke naam se apne PC mein save karein.

    Congratulations! Aapne successfully Day 1 complete kar liya hai. Kal (Day 2) hum Home Tab ke basic tools jaise font style badalna, size bada karna, bold, italic aur text ka color change karna sikhenge.
